Carlton County Inmate Mail
Carlton County jail mail rules focus on funds, contraband inspection, and envelope limits. Cash bail or credit card bail can be posted at the Carlton County Jail at any time. If the inmate has already made a first appearance and it is during normal business hours, the county says to submit money to the Court Administrator's Office.
